Without Bible study there is no basis for Christian fellowship.

It is where we learn God’s ways. He spells them out clearly for us. It is how we renew our minds and line our thoughts up with God’s truths. If we’re not reading, we’re neglecting learning. If we neglect learning, we neglect our spiritual growth. In Bible study we will come across two types of issues; open-handed and closed-handed.

Closed handed issues are non-negotiable Biblical truths; for example, Jesus will always and forever be the only Son of God and the only bridge between God and man. Open handed issues are up for interpretation, like asking why Nicodemus chose to meet with Jesus at night time.

No matter our differences, let’s agree for the sake of peace to respectfully discuss opinions and seek to support facts in our studies and our conversations. The Bible is made to bring us closer to God, not to be used as a weapon against the unity of the church. We should not be divided. Jesus’ only unanswered prayer is this: “I am praying not only for these disciples but also for all who will ever believe in me through their message. I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. And may they be in us so that the world will believe you sent me.” John‬ ‭17:20-21‬ ‭NLT. Let’s make our Lord proud and desire to love each other more than we desire to be right.

Before we begin, let's join in this simple prayer:

Dear Father Yahweh, May our fellowship be blessed. May our hearts find rest. May your peace fill our souls and your Spirit in us grow. Help us to share your love and know your will. Help us lead many others to know you still. Reveal to us your mysteries and use your church to make history. In Jesus’ name, we pray your will be done. We ask and we thank you, our Father and Faithful One. Amen.

We sincerely pray that you are blessed in your
times of reading, studying, and discussing the topics presented. May we all see
the heart of our good Father and grow closer to Him and one another.

Hypocrisy in the Church

Hello family 🙂 I have a question for you today. How many of us grew up hearing the infamous saying “do the right thing”?…. Okay, one more question. How many of us were actually shown HOW to do the right thing? Oh man, I think I saw some hands go down…

Why Do We End Our Prayers with Amen?

If you’re anything like me, who asks a million questions, I’m sure you’ve wondered why it is people traditionally end their prayers with “amen”. Like, what does that even mean? Is it just a tradition or is there something more to it? Well, I broke out the Strong’s Concordance and found out a true “AMEN” is a weapon in the mouth of the church. Let me explain….

Why Did Jesus Have to Die?

When we think of someone dying it’s usually a sad occasion. The loss of a loved one is a heart breaking experience. But, when it comes to Jesus’ death, there is a sense of awe amongst His followers. Why is that?…

Is Worship Always A Song?

Worshipping God with a song is a wonderful experience for ourselves, the angels, and most importantly for God. It can lift our spirits and, as mentioned in Psalm 22:3, welcomes the very presence of God into the room with us! However, there is more to worship than music. True worship has to do with the position of your heart. It is a lifestyle of submission to God…

Physical Evidence That Supports the Bible

God left a record of His works behind for us on this earth. We’ll touch on three of the most well researched and easily accessible resources for us: Lee Strobel’s The Case for Christ, The Ron Wyatt Archaeological Museum, and Ray Comfort’s Scientific Facts in the Bible.

What Does It Mean to be Saved From My Sins?

Here’s the short answer: When you repent God will give you a new heart with new desires. He’ll transform your life here on earth, bring you into a deeper relationship with Himself, and eventually bring you to Heaven to stay with Him for eternity. Now for the long answer…..
